This product is refined specially with excellent silica gel of high purity and steady hole-structure as its raw material, and it can separate and purify all kinds of crude and complex, and can superiorly finish the preparation and separation of substances of high purity. It only takes about 20-40 minutes from colonnade, sampling, cleansing and separating. And it is widely used in the fields of herbal medicine, medicine,biochemistry, chemistry, foodstuff and tincture and so on. It has been used in chemical lab abroad and has been promoted home.

2.Three differences between ighting Pole eparating and ordinary pole separating

(1)Short poleThe silica gel layer is about 17cm, if the loading qty increases or the RF value of all kinds of compound in samples are similar, we usually increase the diameter instead of the height of the pole. The listing file is as below: since the pole is short, the resistance is small and velocity of flow gets faster. The pole can separate 40-100g samples, but a 5cm pole can separate 1-2.5g samples.

(2)Small pressureSince the pole is short, we just need to bring pressure of 1kg / cm2 to get faster velocity of flow, to avoid the trouble of changing nitrogen gas steel bottles, we better use isobaric micro-air compressor. To solve the oil gas problem in compressed air, we can add silica gel of big granule to bumper. We can use spring or rubber band for fastening on where the glasses meet, or use a retainer so that the rubber tube won come away if the pressure of the ends surpass 1kg / cm2. But when using small poles of?cm diameter, we must keep isobaric. Wear a pair of security glasses when connecting.

(3)Fast cleansing and velocity of flowIt is the best time to separate when the cleansing liquid surface falls at a speed of 5cm / 2inch / min, lightning pole uses homemade silica gel of granularity 40-63um, 230-400, its effect of separating can compare with Merck from abroad. If we use silica gel for ordinary pole layers(i.e. 70-230 item) with granule diameter 63-200um, the effect of separating will be worse, but if the granularity is too close, for example using lamella silica gel to instead will make the velocigty of flow too slow.
